IBDA
has created this website service to provide to its members
the best web experience to share about you and your training.
Apply for an IBDA website has the only pre-requirement
that you are an IBDA Member and you are enrolled as an
IBDA student. If not we encourage you to do so by joining
the IBDA family and begin to experience all our benefits
as a register member.
If you are an IBDA student or instructor you can apply
for a website right away. Just click here and ORDER NOW
your own website. Please read Terms of use and instructions.

Terms
of use
Before
using a template from IBDA website Templates you must
agree to the following Terms of Use:

Through
our IBDA´s templates you can get a customized
design that fits your Ninjutsu Theme. We provide you
3 skins of design for your choice: Golden light, Sky
Night and Steel Sword. And the possibility to show
your picture and rank status patch on the home page.
This let’s others know your rank level when
contacting you and gives you an inspiration to learn
more advancing you to the next level in recognition.
A customized dojo logo can be used on your site, if
you have one. If you don’t have one then one
can be customized for you at a small additional cost.
Ask the webmaster for more information during the
install process.

All
websites will be hosted as a subdomain of www.BudoTaijutsu.com
and your address will be something like http://IBDADaiken.BudoTaijustu.com
or http://DaikenDojo.BudoTaiJutsu.com
or http://Daiken.BudoTaiJutsu.com

You agree to our standardization of templates for
IBDA and the modification and any redistribution of
our templates is strictly prohibited. We have worked
hard to make the templates and ask that you respect
our hard work so we can continue providing you with
high quality templates. If you need some extra customization,
we will help you to solve your needs. It is our intent
in the future to upgrade or expand on the designs.

The templates offers you 5 basic information pages
as welcome page, classes and schedule, about you,
contact page and special store section. All these
pages are created and linked in the left main menu.

Our templates have a dynamic menu, so when you need
to add some new page and links into the already created
menu please contact us and we can do this for you.
To add an additional page has a creation cost of $150
for each page.

You
cannot remove our term and credit links to our websites
from a template.

No materials from IBDA´s Templates can be resold.
No items can be made part of a portfolio.

Our IBDA Websites will not allow you to use the website
for promotion of war, Porn, malicious computer crimes,
such as: hacking, cracking, or fraud, or any other
material or activity that is illegal, or to promote
any other organization that does not support International
Bujinkan Dojo Association or the hombu dojo of Soke
Masaaki Hatsumi.

In order to use any of our materials, such as this
website, you must agree to indemnify and hold harmless
IBDA, and its affiliates, against any and all claims,
liability, losses, costs and expenses (including lawyers'
fees on a solicitor and client basis). Also you must
pay your required fees for installation, web design
customization and yearly or monthly cost of hosting
services after the free period.

Any violations of the terms of use will be considered
an infringement of our intellectual property rights
and copyrighted materials. IBDA reserves the right
to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.

You are responsible for the pictures, text information
and logos that you display in the website, you must
be the owner or have copyrights on these images or
text, IBDA is not responsible for any violation of
copyrights and trademark.

If you stop training with IBDA for any reason you
agree to the automatic removal of your website and
accompanying e-mail address.

Once
the website is paid for and the build process started
there are no refunds as we have already provided the
service to you that you have paid for.

Congratulations on choosing an IBDA website. Your website
will allow others to know more about you, find you on
the web to train with. It will bring you many new friends
and students while being a part of a growing tradition
and IBDA opportunity.
In order to help you to build a better website experience
we need the follow information emailed to us:

The proper patch that represents your current IBDA rank
status will be put on your website and as you grow in
rank you can change your patch (for a nominal fee of $25).

- Content Requirements
The website includes by default the following content
pages, please send us into a word document the correct
text for these sections:
1. Welcome Home Text (Max 200 words)
2. About Us
3. Classes (schedule for classes, maybe a table with days
and hours)
- Pictures
All pictures files must be sent to webmaster@BudoTaijutsu.com
with the subject named with your website name and the
key word PICTURES. All pictures must be JPG files with
72 DPI minimum and no more than 150dpi. The size cannot
be more than 800x800 pixels. We will edit only the size
in order to fit our template.
You
should send these pictures for:
1. Your personal photo in your Training Uniform (located
at top menu)
2. Dojo picture or your training group in action or line
up, your choice.
3. Picture about you doing some posture or with your teacher,
your choice.
- Links
Our templates gives you the facility to direct link with
your facebook, youtube and your personal blog.

No problem… We can install and customize your own
blog for only $197-. Blogs are a great way to share information
and news.

- Contact Information
Please provide the correct information you wish to show
in your contact section. If you need a map please provide
the correct JPG image.
- The Store
Your store selections will be set up with built in affiliate
codes so that you will earn at least a 20% commission
from every person that goes to www.NinjutsuStore.com
from your store website. Instructions for setting up the
store codes will come after you have paid for your website
to be built.
- Customization
We are happy to add more pages and to add custom features
as you grow your website.
